At INDI Electric Eels Private Limited, we aim to deliver quality service and ensure a transparent refund process. Below are the guidelines for refunds based on different purchase scenarios:

Two Wheelers

When Partial Payment is Paid

Customers can request a refund of the booking/partial amount paid at any time by sending an email to connectus@indielectric.in mentioning the order number and the registered phone number.

The refund request will be processed within 45 working days of receiving the request, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

When the Full Ex-Showroom Price is Paid

Customers can request a refund of the full ex-showroom amount paid within 48 hours of placing the order or before the invoicing of the vehicle, whichever is earlier.

A full refund will be processed, subject to deduction of any taxes paid by the Company. The request must be made by email to connectus@indielectric.in with the order number and registered phone number.

The request will be processed within 45 working days and the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Other Products (Non-Two-Wheelers)

Refund requests for products other than two-wheelers must be made within 7 days of placing the order or before invoicing—whichever is earlier.

To request a refund, please email connectus@indielectric.in mentioning the order number and registered phone number.

The refund will be processed within 45 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Note

All refunds will be initiated only to the original source of payment. Delays due to bank processing are not the responsibility of INDI Electric Eels Private Limited.
